What You Will Learn

Ideal for podcast enthusiasts, this innovative course teaches participants everything they need to know to produce their very own show.

Kicking off with an overview of today's podcasting landscape, participants will explore the diverse formats and genres that fuel this dynamic medium. They will also learn market research skills to help them create a relevant original podcast that truly stands out from the crowd.

When it comes to content, they'll be getting a rigorous introduction to audio storytelling. Participants will discover how to establish a consistent tone, style, and content structure that resonates with their target audience. They will work on their communication skills by conducting interviews and presenting compelling stories infused with humour and personality. And they'll master the art of precise fact-checking so that their podcast delivers credible information.

Finally, what's a podcast without an audience? Participants will also cover how to promote a podcast, familiarising them with practical marketing strategies that are designed to expand reach and build an engaged community.
